Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and cozy, perfect for a family with a child. The bathroom was modern and sparkling, though the single bed could use some improvement. The location was unbeatable, right by the castle and river, with plenty of parking. The dining was good, but I missed having beans with my English breakfast. Overall, a great value for a stay in Northumberland.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the location was fantastic, right across from the beautiful Warkworth Castle and a short walk to the village and river. The rooms were a bit cramped, and being above the main door meant being disturbed early in the morning by staff. The dining experience was lovely with great food options in a charming dining room. However, the noise from the street below our window was a drawback.
The hotel has a great location, right by Warkworth Castle and the River Coquet, though rooms were very small and could get hot due to limited ventilation. The dining options were good with a nice selection available, but the miso soup was a miss for me.
